The City workers of Mt. Carmel had some early morning excitement when a drunk driver of a 2006 Hummer H3 lost control and plowed through a fence and into the city pool. Now, in order to call the street department in the middle of the night you have to pay 250 bucks. Wouldn’t it be nice if that went for every job and every call after hours?
