GM Revisiting Four Chinese HUMMER Offers

At least four Chinese companies were contacted by General Motors just days after their announcement in February to sell the HUMMER brand, according to Reuters. All four had been in discussions on the HUMMER brand previously, but only two were interested in the entire brand – the other two were only interested in tooling and equipment from HUMMER’s Shreveport production plant.

The names of the Chinese firms were not disclosed, but some analysts believe they are not current players in the automotive sector – rather companies seeking to break into the consumer auto segment like Tengzhong would have done before their deal to purchase HUMMER met regulatory setbacks in China.

Given those setbacks, one industry analyst says he’s “not sure anyone has the guts to challenge Beijing after it just killed the (Tengzhong) deal,” and suggested that Chinese companies now would most likely only be interested in the brand’s production equipment.

Just because these are the only discussions we have knowledge of doesn’t mean they’re the only discussions on the brand – something to keep in mind before engraving HUMMER’s tombstone just yet.

  1. more drama.

  2. Here we go again. Didn’t the Chinese government already squash one deal? So basically this has nothing to do with keeping the brand alive…

  3. Ya, plus with Google pissin’ em off the other day….

  4. Right, there are many offers being worked on right now, much better than these four mentioned over in China.

This is classical marketing 101, when I bought my second HUMMER H2 I was locked in to a four month long gridlock, neither party was moving an inch, before it was all said and done the seller told me he was going to strip all the stainless steel off of the HUMMER before selling it for the price I wanted it for.

Before he got all of the stainless steel removed a deal was finally reached and I finalized the paperwork on my HUMMER H2. He removed the push bar and the tire carrier, however I got the tire carrier back and the spare, but I had to buy a new push bar from Real Wheels as he already sold that to somebody else, or so he said anyways.

We also had a problem with Real Wheels too, he was a dealer and he promised me he would buy me a new push bar at his dealer cost, but after the deal was done he bailed out on me and never bought me a push bar. I tried to take his dealer account and buy it myself, but it didn’t work out, but I got a nice discount from Real Wheels anyways since they knew I had to go through hell to get that HUMMER, the seller kept telling me because it was owned by Chuck Norris that was supposed to be a big deal or something, but I sure wasn’t going to pay any extra for it regardless. Besides, Chuck Norris had the bed all scratched up from hauling water to his camp which I had to have repainted, just because a celebrity owns something doesn’t mean it’s better, usually means it is worst as celebrities are more incline to abuse vehicles since they can buy new vehicles anytime they feel like it.

GM is doing the same thing the seller did to me when I bought my HUMMER H2, many of the American companies trying to buy the HUMMER brand right now are offering low figures, thus GM is threatening to sell their tooling equipment to China if the current buyers only want to pay such a small figure. However I am sure the brand’s production equipment will not go to China, it’s just marketing, so relax.

Don’t worry peeps, everything is cool, I’ve been through this all many times before, it will all work out for sure.

    Have a spectacular day!!!

  5. Still hoping. I would love to see Hummer (as is) being kept alive. It is a super vehicle – don’t worry about consumption. There are worse out there in the Nissan Patrol, Toyota (Recall) Cruiser and others!

  6. Rumors are flying about AM General and Razor Technologies buying the brand. Any truths?

  7. @Danie

The FJ Cruiser gets better mileage than the Hummer and the Wrangler.

  8. @bobby jones

That would be what everyone wants I think. AM General back in control.

  9. AM General/Razor technologies ownership would be the best way to go.

  10. @Bobby Jones

Yes, AM General and Razor Technologies are certainly potential buyers, however there are concerns regarding money, thus whether any deal will be finalized is still in the air. However keep offering your support and they may very well pony up the cash to get the deal done.

  11. @Hellbound13

Actually the H3 and FJ Cruiser are both rated at 16/20 according to Motor Trend.

However most people don’t care about mileage anyways, I drove an FJ Cruiser and most women didn’t pay it the time of day, in the HUMMER H2 everybody loves it because it’s not just another vehicle that blends in with what everybody else is driving.

Thus HUMMERs are a double win, you can go anywhere and the ladies love them, can’t go wrong with that.

  12. yes the ladies haha

  13. So far No News.

I can’t believe this is happening

    Only Rumors

    Be nice Richard

  14. I love my H3 hummer but Im not happy cause it will be a piece of musuen or scrap. Ive been driving my H3 only 11 months…this is sad.

  15. @Opportunities

Like I said, wait till May at the earliest for any major news. However mini updates like this one today are great as they help all of you to see the wheels are turning in more ways than you’ll ever know at HUMMER corporate headquarters.

I will be nice for sure, in fact I am having Carolyn make some posts here too in order to help support the HUMMER brand because I want potential buyers to see we are numerous, there are more HUMMER fans and owners out there than anybody could ever imagine.

Only problem is, green beans have big mouths, however we outnumber them 300 to 1 and now is the time for us to take a stand and fight back.

Carolyn has years of public relations experience, is a former corporate model, company owner and corporate executive, but more than anything a first rate HUMMER lover.

I had Carolyn set up her gravatar.com account and she’ll be making her very first post here shortly. 😎

  16. Hey Guys!

I’m a HUMMER Girl to the bone! Got a lot of fond memories in that Sweet Thing! It’s just the right size for my baby and me to swing in, since we have a thing about back seats.

I hope the HUMMER stays alive, especially since I was considering a new one! I love the smell of a New HUMMER, Mmmmm.

Just consider it a plus with the ladies because I watch every HUMMER that goes by me and I know my girlfriends do the same. Surely I would give a Hello to the one driving such a trophy! It’s a good way for a guy to get my attention, for sure.

Chin Up Guys! Let’s get this HUMMER Deal sealed.

  17. AMGeneral doesn’t want to deal with the dealer network so its really unlikely… maybe rasor tech.will work with the dealers & AMGeneral will build the trucks…

  18. At this point GM should just give it back to AM General to help the unemployment rate in Indiana. AM General will create more jobs to help the country out if they get Hummer. I hope AM General and Razor do a joint buy but track records will show GM WILL SCREW IT UP. If we have to wait till May the brand will be almost dead by then. Very sad GM is handling it this way. I am all for the Hummer brand to keep going but I just cannot believe it is that hard to sell.

  19. @Rose

If you recall the Lamborghini LM002 which was produced between model years 1986 to 1993 you would quickly realize how extremely valuable they are.

Like the LM002, HUMMERs will NEVER be scrap. Rather they will only become more and more valuable like precious metals or gems.

Nothing sad has happened here Rose, according to my information we have no reason at all to think the HUMMER brand is going the way of the Lamborghini LM002 so keep your chin up and keep on smiling and looking pretty okay. 🙂

  20. @Carolyn

    Hey Baby Love!!!

So glad you could join us Carolyn, I felt this forum was really lacking Girl Power however now that you’re here you can beat the naysayers in to shape once and for all.

You are correct, the back seat of a HUMMER is much better than say the backseat of a Camaro because the Camaro has a hump in the middle and makes it hard to move around back there, the HUMMER H2 has no center hump in the middle of the backseat which makes it perfect for having fun in, you are always so smart my dear.

Speaking of smart, I have been monitoring posts here at hummerguy.net since 2005 and you are the first person besides Brian to spell HUMMER in all caps the way the brand is meant to be spelled out in which is in proper uppercase letters from front to back. Carolyn is for sure the smartest woman I have ever known in my entire life and no I did not tell her to put the name HUMMER all in caps before she posted here, she did it all on her own because she’s a super smart woman with no equal and I am so very proud of her!!!

Yes, a NEW 2011 HUMMER H2 would be perfect for you!!! I know you have a lot of items to bring to your companies so I suggest the HUMMER H2 SUV version because the HUMMER H2 SUT doesn’t hold as much I don’t think, but you might want to take the third row seats out of the HUMMER H2 SUV for your cargo but store them somewhere heated, don’t want them getting mouldy. Also pass on the second row caption seats, go with a bench so we can have ample room back there.

Yes, the smell of NEW HUMMERs is fantastic, however I know something else I like the smell of too and knowing how we are, it won’t smell like factory glue and leather for long in there, more like sweet sugar instead.

Yes, you have many drop dead gorgeous girlfriends indeed Carolyn and I know they all love seeing men who drive HUMMERs, that’s for sure!!!

You said it baby, a HUMMER is a trophy for sure, who wants a Toyota Prius when you can roll in a HUMMER, not Carolyn and I, that’s for sure!!!

Yes, chin up indeed to all my HUMMER loving friends here!!!

The HUMMER deal will be sealed for sure alright Princess and then we can drive around the back roads in our new 2011 HUMMERs together and then wash them up and take them downtown at night while we paint the town red and party it up to the max in our big convoy of party HUMMERs!!!

  21. @hummer3

At this early stage in the game, I would not rule out anything or anybody. Every buyer is a viable option and we are considering every possibility so please do not count anybody out until contracts are signed.

We know for sure AM General can build the H2 HUMMER and we also know Razor Technologies could potentially lead the HUMMER brand well in to the future.

Rest assured we will keep working at this till the best solution for all has been achieved.

The HUMMER brand is profitable worldwide and has a dealer network second to none, for the right buyer they will see profits very quickly once a sale is reached. 💡

  22. @Bobby Jones

I would love to help the unemployment rate in Indiana, but we have borrowed taxes to pay back as well, thus getting a fair price for HUMMER is where things are at right now.

I agree, more American jobs are a very good thing, let’s hope we get the right price from an American company so that HUMMER stays in America!!!

GM will not screw it up, if AM General and Razor Technologies put enough money on the table and have a viable long term plan for the HUMMER brand, then you can consider the HUMMER brand as good as sold to them.

If we have to wait 5 more years, and launched the new H4 we’d still make more money than we did in the last eight years. However don’t worry because the sale should be finalized before the end of the year.

How can GM go any faster, if you put your HUMMER in the Auto Trader for $40,000.00 but people just want to pay you $20,000.00 does that mean you should just sell it, I don’t think so.

We have hundreds of offers and could sell the HUMMER brand with ease. However the problem is finding the right company. Like if you had a $200,000.00 Lamborghini and thousands of people offered you $10,000.00 for it, what good is that when all you really want is ONE person to offer you the $200,000.00 you feel the car is worth.

Thus I hope you understand better where we are coming from.

Chin up and be happy my friend, all will be okay. 😎

  23. lets keep our back seat lovin to ourselves no one wants to hear about that this is a HUMMER enthusiast website not a HUMMER back seat lovin website.

  24. @Zach

I apologize on behalf of Carolyn if the thought of making love on the backseat of a HUMMER is offensive to you. Perhaps in the bedroom of our cabin which is only assessable via a HUMMER would suite your tastes better, I just hope we don’t scare the bears away. I’m sure all Carolyn was trying to do was to show you and others here that HUMMERs are versatile and can be used for more than just off roading alone.

Obviously, the more the vehicle can do, the broader the appeal the vehicle will have. Thus the higher vehicle sales means more money which can be reinvested back in to the brand ensuring the HUMMER brand lives on forever!!! Also, any topic of conversation is a welcome change to people saying the sale is taking too long or the brand is not going to make it, however Carolyn has a lot more she can talk about as well so expect to hear from Carolyn again soon. 😎

  25. All the Hummer groups across the country should stage a road trip to GM and meet at the Ren Center. Show a sign of importance to the product. Show Whitacre what we are all talking about so a deal gets closed. Just my opinion.

  26. @Bobby Jones

I like the sounds of the Ren Center. I know that’s in Detroit, which is very close to Canada and Windsor, Ontario!!!

The HUMMER brand is very important to me and if it means a trip to Detroit I will do it for the HUMMER brand.

Right, hundreds or even thousands of HUMMERs would be a HUGE wakeup call for GM for sure.

This is one time I feel I can agree with you Bobby, good show on your part.

    So when should we meet?

I will take Carolyn too. Carolyn is from Atlanta, Georgia and is use to big cities more so than I am. However with Carolyn being a model and all she is not accustom to wearing a lot of clothing, so if she dresses light I hope nobody in the HUMMER community will be offended when we meet at the Ren Center.

I will be watching closely for more updates as I find this all very exciting!!!

  27. Thank you Richard

  28. Hello Guys,

Sorry if I offended anybody, as this was my first interaction with HUMMER enthusiasts and I thought you all would want to know how the HUMMER looks from a woman’s perspective. After all, if you want to see what a sexy woman can do for an automobile’s image, take a look at what Daisy Dukes did for the Jeep industry! As that show was a favourite of many men and women, everybody took note when she started riding around in her 1981 AMC Golden Eagle Jeep named “Dixie”! She had a huge following as they made tons of money off her licensing. In fact sexy long legs, cut off short shorts and sweet smiling Daisy Dukes right along with her personalized Jeep, was merchandised as models. Now that’s what you call STAR marketing.

What am I getting at? I’m getting at the fact that it’s been proven that beauty, and sex sells cars. When I mentioned about My Baby and I enjoying the roomy back seat of the HUMMER H2, I was just getting you all in the mood to understand this fact. Living the lifestyle of a sexy road couple enjoying a HUMMER up the way, can’t be all bad?

It seems to me, that from the beginning, when HUMMER’s predecessor, the HUMVEE created for the U.S. Army in 1979, spurred the demand for a civilian version, HUMMER and later HUMMER H2 and H3, they were not quite sure what to do with them. Whether to promote the HUMMER H2 and H3 as luxury brands or as they later decided, to a mass market.

I think if AM General Corp. decided to collaborate with big money investors to stylize the HUMMER and give it some sex appeal, they may just find its niche ready and wide open. At that point, maybe they won’t want to sell it at all?

Richard, I appreciate your introduction and I’ll try to live up to being as smart as you say. I simply love public relations and marketing. I often find it’s the key to making almost anything more sellable and profitable.

I’m excited at the idea of going to Detroit with you, Richard to be a part of the HUMMER convoy. That’s going to be so exciting. It will be quite hot in Detroit during that time, so I won’t be wearing anything resembling a suit. Daisy Dukes style will be my comfort wear.

Thanks for the opportunity to interact with you Richard along with all the other wonderful HUMMER people here.

  29. I got money on Carolyn and Richard being the same person, anyone else? This site it hilarious!

  30. I have been reading the comments on HUMMERGUY.NET for a while, but the past few days have been a little odd.

  31. @Hellbound13

I got money on you not having a girlfriend. LOL

I guess you will see if Carolyn and I happen to be the same person at the Ren Center assuming we can all come together and make a convoy possible this summer, I know I am sure hoping so!!!

A MASSIVE HUMMER convoy unlike anything the world has ever seen before. Carolyn calls it a parade, I told her she best call it a convoy, more manly sounding but if she wants to call it a parade, I won’t argue with her, I usually let her have her way with things.

Anyways, I’m thinking July or August would be a great time for the HUMMER convoy, we still have a few months to plan it all out, and I’ll do what I can to help on my end for sure!!!

Carolyn knows her stuff for sure about vehicles, when I read her post I said to myself this woman knows more about automobiles than most men do, heck she could be the new Car Caesar of the world with her brain. She doesn’t have nearly 8,000 Twitter followers for nothing you know.

And don’t even think for a second Hellbound13 that I am a woman because when I see you at the Ren Center I don’t want you getting any dirty ideas in your head. I may look good, but “not” that good like a woman. LOL

Besides, wordpress shows our I.P. addresses, it’s easy to see Carolyn is way down south and I’m way up north, so relax, all is cool.

Have a great weekend everybody and try not to drink too many beers as this is Wrestle Mania weekend after all and my hero Bret “The Hit Man” Hart is going to stomp a mud hole in to Vince McMahon the size of Texas and that’s the bottom line because Richard said so!!!

Just like Bret “The Hit Man” Hart, the HUMMER brand is the BEST there was, the BEST there is, and the BEST there ever will be!!! 😎

  32. oi vey.

  33. @Vince

I hope you’re no relationship to Vince McMahon because this Sunday The Hit Man has 13 year of rage to unleash since the Montreal screw job incident, I know I will be watching for sure!!!

I have been reading the comments at hummerguy.net since 2005. While the HUMMER brand had a sure future I didn’t bother to chime in, however now that everybody is so unsure of things, I decided it was time for me to step in and help.

However, I am extremely busy with corporate affairs, thus I am going to have Carolyn respond more often to each of your posts for now on so that I can streamline things along here at my end of things.

I’m sure you guys will love working with Carolyn, she does not have a hot temper like me and is very charming. Plus she has many years of public relations expertise. Me on the other hand I’m not very good at public relations, I am too hot and normally blow before I can build any relationships. Thus I am better suited behind the scenes because too much public spotlight for me isn’t always a good thing. LOL Go ahead and ask Carolyn because she has cleaned up messes for me over the last several years on numerous occasions. I’m like the wrecking ball and she is like the glue, God love her I don’t think there is anything she can’t do.

Again have a great weekend and try not to raise too much hell in your HUMMERs, me on the other hand I am not promising anything. LOL 😆

  34. @Hellbound13

I got to admit, you had me stumped with, “oi vey” but I looked it up and it’s a Jewish expression of excitement.

I never knew you were Jewish Hellbound13, learning something new all the time here. I’m going to have to keep an eye on you now. 😛

  35. I have a H3 and thank its the best truck I’ve ever owned.I would like to beleive I will be able to buy a new Hummer when I need one.I also want it to be a made in America Hummer.I think GM should do what ever it takes make this happen.Let AM General have it.Indiana needs the jobs bad and the Government could help put alot of people back to work. They own most of GM anyway. Why not do something that might help some people for a change.

  36. Hello HUMMER Friends,

Richard, I am glad to be here. I love the HUMMER and hope to play an integral part in keeping it going, here in America. Thank you for the opportunity to exchange with other HUMMER enthusiasts. This is loads of fun for me!

Denny, you are a breath of fresh air! I love to hear such confidence in the HUMMER as that is what makes our actions so cohesive and ultimately, most effective. I, just like you, would love to buy a brand new, state-of-the-art, luxuriously upholstered, HUMMER 2 (clap).

I also agree with you, wholeheartedly, in the opinion that the HUMMER should be made in America. However you know what they say, “You don’t know what you’ve got until somebody else makes it sparkle”. Then the cycle of competition starts all over again.

I know you are very aware that the US automobile industry in particular, is in a precarious situation right now. They are still in the process of cutting down their product lines and retooling the plants for a selection of newer more streamlined gas conserving vehicles. While that may be the right strategy for 90% of their inventory, I still say they should continue to carry unique items in the SUV and Truck luxury product lines. Items which have minimum competition and can provide the competitive edge when needed. You know the old adage “Never put all your eggs in one basket!” Let’s keep that uniqueness going. It’s what makes a brand stick.

Yes, whatever it takes to make that happen (keeping HUMMER alive and in America) may need to come from the consumer level. Richard and Bobby have the right idea about staging a road trip to GM and meeting up at the “GM Renaissance Center”. What a media blitz that could result in! The more HUMMERs the better too! Just imagine thousands of HUMMERS, new and old, on the road, driving toward Detroit from points in America, Canada and Alaska! The Highways would be loaded with HUMMERS bearing signs that say “Save the HUMMERS!” CNN would cover that for a week! I think you guys should seriously get that going and get ready for the interviews on radio and television! If you all are going to do this thing, then do it to the max! I do believe it would help considerably in keeping the HUMMER line safe. However I do think you need to do this ASAP! Time is of essence you know.

Hellbound13, I am not a man, nor am I Richard Morris. I think if you saw me in person, you would agree. (chuckle)

    Have a Super night everyone.

  37. I would love to see a hugeeee HUMMER convoy …that would be so cool!

  38. Richard I bet I am a bigger hummer fan than you! haha

  39. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SqgM240GoU4

Here is one of the songs Carolyn and I will be listening to on our way to Detroit!!! 😎

  40. Strange, I am trying to embed a YouTube video in to my post above, but it’s not working, according to this article at: http://en.support.wordpress.com/comments/embeds/ you are indeed able to embed YouTube videos and PollDaddy polls in to your comments here, however since I tested it at another WordPress blog and it worked fine, I can only assume Brian has not yet turned this feature on in his admin area.

Brian, please allow us to post YouTube videos and PollDaddy polls in our comments here, thank you. 💡

  41. @arick

If you’re a bigger HUMMER fan than me, I suggest you at least learn how to spell the name HUMMER in its proper uppercase form.

Send us a link to some of your pictures of you and your HUMMER doing some adventures, I’d love to see it for sure as the only thing I love better than women is HUMMER pictures and film!!!

Did you ever receive a birthday cake designed as a forest with an off road trail with a toy HUMMER traveling through the icing forest road with full off road gear including a shovel, jerry can for gas and an axe? I did, does that sound like a person who doesn’t love HUMMERs to you? I would think not.

Not only do I love HUMMERs, everybody who knows me knows I love HUMMERs too, I’m not no closet HUMMER lover, I’m a full blown in public HUMMER lover and proud of it!!! 😎

  42. Dear Richard,
I would like to point out the fact that your posts are annoying. Unless you are “THE” hummer guy from hummerguy.net, then shut the f@#* up. Have a great day!

P.S. Oooops I forgot to capitalize hummer.

  43. @H3TSurfer

I could easily unload on you and kick your butt from sea to shining sea, but since Brian asked us to keep our posts clean of profanity, I’m not going to do that here, instead since you broke the rules I am going to request for Brian to ban your I.P. address because we are all tired of your profanity, we have women here and I know Carolyn does not want to read your f bombs, that’s for sure.

If you ever tried such a stunt at my dojo you’d be doing push ups till your knuckles were inside out, I don’t put up with such a lack of respect for one second.

There is nothing annoying about my posts, sure beats your last post about “Taps” playing which implies the HUMMER brand is dead, I know Carolyn found that highly offensive to the point of almost puking because she has lost family members in service and such an analogy is outright revolting.

I’ll be working with HUMMER in many capacities however regarding how often I post here has nothing to do with it.

I’d love to see some pictures of your HUMMER H3T, post a link to your flickr.com account so we can see you and your HUMMER in action.

Your lack of respect for HUMMER by trolling and flaming threads shows me you’re a NOOB, I suggest you find a new forum to troll because Carolyn’s time and my time are very valuable and we don’t have time for such juvenile activities when we have much more important matters to attend to.

  44. Agree with H3TSurfer.

    Brian please block this Tool!

  45. @Panama Red

You’re the tool the other day that was flaming threads, see for yourself at:

    https://www.hummerguy.net/hummer-news/top-gm-exec-no-progress-on-hummer-deal/comment-page-1#comment-204803

I’m not any leftwing HUMMER hater however after seeing some of the posts here I can now see why some people feel this way. However you’re not all bad, it’s only a few who ruin it for everybody.

As people who love HUMMERs, now is the time to be united and come together as one, not divided, if we continue to allow posts from those who wish to divide us in our own house, our house will surly fall, thus I highly suggest we stop people like Panama Red and H3TSurfer from succeeding in destroying HUMMER and our desires for the HUMMER brand to succeed.

Panama Red, if you’re such a hardcore HUMMER supporter, why don’t you post a link to your flickr.com account of you and your HUMMER out on some trails, that’s the least you can do.

Carolyn is not happy at all by any of this and I have advised her to make a post as well to reflect the fact she is displeased by your attitude here. We have a lot of plans for the HUMMER brand however the first thing we’re going to do is cut off the deadweight that is holding the brand back so we can go ahead with our plans for a convoy this summer with those who are truly behind the brand like Carolyn and I.

  46. Hey Guys,

I just got off work and rushed home to see what’s going on in here and Wow, I am shocked at what I saw. Just when I thought I finally found a place where I could have fun engaging in a little HUMMER conversation. 😆

Frankly H3TSurfer, I don’t understand what you find so annoying about Richard’s posts? I may be a little prejudiced, but not blind so I am sure I am not missing anything. All I see is his effort to promote the HUMMER brand and create some enthusiasm regarding an otherwise depressive subject. He is a die-hard HUMMER loyalist and wants to save the brand. Do you have anything positive to say about how this can happen? Please, no profanity. 😳

I am hoping everyone can focus on the idea of a HUMMER convoy to Detroit’s “GM Renaissance Center” instead of the nastiness that seems to have intervened. After all, we all want the same thing. We all want HUMMER to stay alive and continue to be made here in America.

I’m new here, but I feel like a kinship through HUMMER. That’s the only reason I’m so vocal. I too, want to actually talk with other HUMMER loyalists like you all and join in to help save HUMMER.

I am hoping since Brian put together such a powerful forum here, that we can come together and do that. But if this is not the plan, guys, let me know and then I’ll understand why they (H3TSurfer and Panama Red) are so irritated with Richard.

Let’s all get along and not ruin a good thing 😉

  47. Ok its clear beyond a doubt now that Richard and Carolyn are the same people.

  48. spammers… ugh

  49. This is America isn’t it? Anyone can have free speech on here unless like Brian said, they are threatening people. To me, Richard just seems like an enthusiast in the highest degree. I don’t see a problem with that. If you don’t like reading his posts, its easy enough, don’t read them.
