In response to the consumer shift to smaller, more fuel-efficient vehicles, GM is investing $20 million in its Shreveport plant which builds the Hummer H3. The investment will allow the plant to put out more vehicles in a shorter ammount of time — a good thing for those seeking hard-to-find option combinations.
