HUMMER’s parent company General Motors is rolling out a new promotion for recent college graduates. New grads will now be eligible to receive ‘supplier pricing’ from GM, which is a decent discount – it’s the same discount that GM allows it’s employees to give out twice a month to a friend or family members. Here’s the FAQ:
Q: Who is eligible to participate in the GM College Grad Discount Program?
A: Any college senior (graduating within 6 months from any 2- or 4-year school), recent graduates (graduated within the last 2 years), nursing school students and graduate students.Q: Which GM vehicles are eligible?
A: Almost every new and unused 2008 and 2009 GM passenger car, SUV, crossover and light-duty truck. Only Chevrolet Corvette Z06 and hybrid models are not eligible.Q: How do I get the GM College Grad Discount?
A: It’s simple. Visit gmcollegegrad.com and register. Select “GM College Grad Discount” from the left navigation menu then choose “Obtain Authorization” and follow the prompts. Take your authorization number to a participating GM dealer to receive your vehicle discount.Q: Can I combine this discount with current incentives?
A: Yes, in most cases. To view current incentives, visit gmcollegegrad.com and select “Regional Incentives” from the “Vehicle Shopping” drop-down menu.Q: What is the GM College Grad Discount?
A: As an eligible college graduate, you can purchase up to two vehicles per calendar year at the GM supplier price, which is a special discounted price that is less than the MSRP. To compare the MSRP to the GM Supplier price, visit gmcollegegrad.com and select “Build Your Own” from the “Vehicle Shopping” drop-down menu. As you build your vehicle, you’ll see a comparison of both prices.

The rims are aftermarket, and not available through HUMMER. They are made by Moto Metal.
